Second Quarter 2010 Market Stats Update

Regional and national buyers are recognizing the values within the Big Sky market and are buying their legacy properties.

Both residential and condo units have seen a significant increase in sales since 2008-2009 levels. Residential sales units have increased by 75% and condo sales units have increased by 110%.

Bozeman and Belgrade sales units have dramatically increased. Sales units for residential single family properties in Area 1 (inside Bozeman city limits) have increased 42.6% over 2009. Also, in Area 2 (outside Bozeman city limits), the residential sales units have increased by 97% and in Belgrade we see an increase of 23.7%. See graph below.
