Robyn Erlenbush, Broker/Owner of ERA Landmark Real Estate is pleased to announce that commercial sales agent Christopher Pope has received the national Certified Commercial Investment Member designation. By obtaining the CCIM designation, Chris has demonstrated competence in the four core areas expected of commercial investment managers, including financial analysis, market analysis, user decision analysis and investment analysis of commercial real estate.

Established in 1969, the CCIM curriculum is recognized for its excellence within the industry, and is an affiliate of the National Association of Realtors. There are currently 20 individuals in the State of Montana who are CCIM accredited. 

Chris has over 15 years of experience in business and property ownership and tenancy in Southwest Montana. He offers his clients a broad spectrum of experience in locating and valuing potential real estate and business investments in Southwest Montana. Chris brings a specific knowledge of the needs of retailers, small businesses and individual investors and owners, and has been active in area non-profits, and in development efforts in Downtown Bozeman. Chris has a Masters in Public and Private Management from the School of Management, Yale University, New Haven, Connecticut.
