Steve Olson has been a licensed real estate agent since 1971, and he began his career with ERA Landmark Real Estate in 1994. Steve was a Top 5 Producer while at Pacific Union Commercial Brokerage in San Francisco, and ERA has recognized his success with a Sales and Listing Award. He also received the President’s Leadership Award from The Winn Corporation. Steve specializes in commercial property, sales, leasing and development.

EDUCATION:
Steve earned a bachelor’s degree in business from the University of Denver.  He has taken continuing education courses in investment analysis, lease negotiating and business evaluation to assist him in his real estate practice.

PERSONAL:
Steve and his wife, Cindy, have lived in the Gallatin Valley since 1993. In his free time, Steve can be found on the West Gallatin River behind his house, fly rod in hand.
