Marcie Hertz joined ERA Landmark Western Land in March 2010 and offers a unique level of real estate expertise combined with an uncommon level of professionalism.  Marcie is a licensed real estate broker and a consistent top producer with over 16 years experience in the real estate industry.  She has participated in a variety of real estate contract transactions, including residential, secondary homes, buyer’s agency, commercial, and land sales in the markets of Livingston and neighboring Paradise Valley, Gardiner, Shields Valley and Bozeman.  As an owner of single and multi-unit properties, Marcie also has experience in investment properties. Her established relationships and local experience, combined with ERA’s worldwide resources, provide a unique advantage to her clients.
 
Marcie is a fourth generation Montanan and has a home in the Paradise Valley where she and her husband and their two Jack Russell terrorists relax and enjoy the magnificent views.  Their grown children, Ashley and Brenden, live, work and attend MSU in nearby Bozeman where they are close to skiing.
